MOLT-4/iRFP stable cell line

MOLT-4/iRFP cells are derived from the human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4/iRFP cells stably stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
