SUP-B15/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SUP-B15/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell line SUP-B15 by stably integration of a NF-kB GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SUP-B15 is used in research to investigate the biology of B-cell leukemia, including cellular signaling pathways, mechanisms of drug resistance, and the effects of potential anti-leukemic drugs. SUP-B15/NF-kB Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
