Jurkat/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
Jurkat/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human immortalized T lymphocyte Jurkat cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. Jurkat cells have been used to study acute T cell leukemia, T cell signaling, and the of various chemokine receptors susceptible to viral entry, particularly HIV. Jurkat/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
