IM-9/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

IM-9/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human B lymphoblast IM-9 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. IM-9 cells are widely used in research related to hematological malignancies and multiple myeloma, as well as drug development. IM-9/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
