HT1080/RFP stable cell line

HT1080/RFP cells are derived from the human fibrosarcoma cell line HT1080 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. HT1080 cells have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. HT1080/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
