K-562/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
K-562/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human K-562 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. K-562 cell line was generated from chronic myelogenous leukemia, has been widely used in research to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying leukemia and to develop new treatment strategies. K-562/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
