SUP-B15/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell line SUP-B15 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SUP-B15 is used in research to investigate the biology of B-cell leukemia, including cellular signaling pathways, mechanisms of drug resistance, and the effects of potential anti-leukemic drugs. SUP-B15-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
