Panc 10.05/iRFP stable cell line

Panc 10.05/iRFP cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
