TF-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
TF-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human erythroleukemia cell line TF-1 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. TF-1 cells respond to a variety of cytokines, including interleukin 3 (IL-3), interleukin 4 (IL-4), and granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), are ideal for studying how cytokines regulate hematopoietic cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. TF-1 cells have been widely used to screen for anti-leukemic drugs or compounds that target cytokine receptors, growth factor signaling pathways, or other molecular mechanisms involved in hematopoietic cancer. TF-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
