SU-DHL-6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SU-DHL-6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) cell line SU-DHL-6 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SU-DHL-6 has been used to investigate the biology of DLBCL, study the interactions between lymphoma cells and the immune microenvironment, and evaluate the effectiveness of various treatment approaches. SU-DHL-6-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
