Panc 02.03 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Panc 02.03 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human pancreatic cancer cell line Panc 02.03 by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. Panc 02.03 cells have been used in research to study pancreatic cancer biology, treatment responses, and drug development. Panc 02.03 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
