KG-1/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

KG-1/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human leukemia cell line KG-1 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KG-1 cell line was generated from human acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) . The KG-1 cells are mostly at the myeloblast or promyelocyte stage of maturation, have been widely used in KG-1 is used in cancer, immunology, and toxicology research and drug development. KG-1/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
