Panc 10.05/GFP stable cell line

Panc 10.05/GFP cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
