LS-174T/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

LS-174T/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human colon cancer LS-174T cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. The LS174T cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying colon cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and drug resistance, as well as testing the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and treatment strategies. LS-174T/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
