SW620 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

SW620 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon adenocarcinoma SW620 cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. The SW620 cell line was derived from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colorectal adenocarcinoma. The SW620 cell line is known for its ability to mimic aspects of human colorectal cancer, including metastasis and response to certain therapies, making it a valuable model in the study of cancer biology and drug development. SW620 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
