22Rv1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
22Rv1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human prostate cancer 22Rv1 cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. 22Rv1 is a human prostate carcinoma epithelial cell line derived from a xenograft that was serially propagated in mice after castration-induced regression and relapse of the parental, androgen-dependent CWR22 xenograft. The cell line stably expresses prostate specific antigen (PSA) . 22Rv1 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. 22Rv1/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
