LNCaP/RFP-Luciferase stable cell line

LNCaP/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the human prostate cancer LNCaP cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. LNCaP cells are androgen-sensitive, making them valuable for studying prostate cancer biology and testing potential treatments related to hormone regulation. LNCaP/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
