NCI-H929 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

NCI-H929 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human B lymphocyte NCI-H929 cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. NCI-H929 cells stably express B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) -a novel treatment target for multiple myeloma (MM), and have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. NCI-H929 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
