NCI-H929/RFP stable cell line

NCI-H929/RFP cells are derived from the human B lymphocyte NCI-H929 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. NCI-H929 cells stably express B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) -a novel treatment target for multiple myeloma (MM), and have been widely used in cancer research and drug development. NCI-H929/RFP cells stably stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
