HEL 92.1.7/GFP stable cell line

HEL 92.1.7/GFP cells are derived from the human erythroblast HEL 92.1.7 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. The HEL 92.1.7 cell line is a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and for testing potential treatment. HEL 92.1.7/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
