Raw264.7/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

Raw264.7/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse macrophage cell line Raw264.7 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. Raw264.7 cells have been used as a model for studying the response of inflammatory molecules to various stimuli and evaluating the effects of anti-inflammatory drugs. Raw264.7/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
