LTPA/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

LTPA/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
