MOLT-4 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

MOLT-4 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4 SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
