C6/RFP stable cell line

C6/RFP cells are derived from the rat C6 glioma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. C6 cell line has been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying glioma development and progression, as well as for screening potential drugs for the treatment of gliomas. C6/RFP cells stably stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
