Panc 10.05/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

Panc 10.05/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human pancreas adenocarcinoma Panc 10.05 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. Panc 10.05 cells have been used in research to study the biology of pancreatic cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and responses to various therapies. Panc 10.05/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
