HEL 92.1.7/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

HEL 92.1.7/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon cancer HEL 92.1.7 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. The HEL 92.1.7 cell line is a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and for testing potential treatment. HEL 92.1.7/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
