SK-OV-3/Luciferase stable cell line

SK-OV-3/Luciferase cells are derived from the human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. SK-OV-3 cell line has been widely used in Investigating cancer biology, studying tumor microenvironment, and testing new drugs particularly for chemotherapeutics and targeted therapies. SK-OV-3/Luciferase cells stably express Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
