EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the mouse mammary carcinoma cell line EMT6 by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. EMT6 cells are widely used as a model system in studies related to tumor biology, metastasis, and the development and evaluation of anticancer therapies. EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
