UMUC3/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
UMUC3/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human UMUC3 urinary bladder carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. UMUC3 cells are a powerful tool in bladder cancer research, providing insights into tumor biology, metastasis, and drug resistance, as well as serving as a model for testing new therapeutic strategies for bladder cancer treatment. UMUC3/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
