HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human colon cancer HCT-15 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. The HCT-15 cell line has been extensively characterized and serves as a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying colon cancer progression and for testing potential treatment. HCT-15/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
