Colo 205/RFP stable cell line

Colo 205/RFP cells are derived from the human colorectal adenocarcinoma Colo 205 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. The Colo 205 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. Colo 205/RFP cells stably stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
