A375/RFP stable cell line

A375/RFP cells are derived from the human melanoma A375 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. A375 cell line has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. A375/RFP cells stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
