MV4-11/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line
MV4-11/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human B lymphoblast MV4-11 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. MV4-11 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MV4-11/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
