A-253/GFP stable cell line

A-253/GFP cells are derived from the human salivary cancer A-253 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. A-253 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. A-253/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
