Hep3B/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

Hep3B/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human Hep3B Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. The Hep3B cell line has been widely used in cancer research, particularly in studies related to liver cancer, and drug screening. Hep3B/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
