U87-MG/iRFP stable cell line

U87-MG/iRFP cells are derived from the human glioblastoma cell line U87-MG by stably integration of a constitutive miRFP670 stably expression construct. U87-MG cells are used to study the biology of glioblastoma, the mechanisms involved in glioma progression and therapeutic resistance, as well as to evaluate new therapeutic strategies, including chemotherapies, gene therapies, and immunotherapies. U87-MG/iRFP cells stably express miRFP670, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
