MOLT-4/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

MOLT-4/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
