LTPA/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

LTPA/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the mouse pancreas adenocarcinoma LTPA cell line by stably integration of a NF-kB firefly luciferase reporter construct. LTPA cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying pancreatic cancer, and to evaluate the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and therapies. LTPA/NF-kB Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the NF-kB response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of NF-kB signaling pathway.
