SJSA-1/RFP stable cell line

SJSA-1/RFP cells are derived from the human SJSA-1 osteosarcoma cell line by stably integration of a constitutive RFP stably expression construct. SJSA-1 cell line was generated from osteosarcoma, has been widely used in studies related to drug development, cancer signaling pathways, and the effects of various compounds on osteosarcoma cells. SJSA-1/RFP cells stably stably express RFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
