LS-174T SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

LS-174T SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human colon cancer LS-174T cell line by stably integration of a SMAD/TGFbeta firefly luciferase reporter construct. The LS174T cells are used to investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying colon cancer, including tumor growth, metastasis, and drug resistance, as well as testing the efficacy of new anticancer drugs and treatment strategies. LS-174T SMAD/TGFbeta Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the SMAD/TGFbeta response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of TGF?/SMAD signaling pathway.
