BC-1/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
BC-1/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human BC-1 B lymphocyte cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 firefly luciferase reporter construct. BC-1 cell line was generated from primary effusion lymphoma (PEL) . BC-1 cells are commonly used to study the biology of PEL and to explore potential treatments for this disease. BC-1/STAT5 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
