HEK293T/NRP1 stable cell line

HEK293T/NRP1 cells are derived from the human immortalized embryonic kidney cell line HEK 293 by stably integration of a constitutive human Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) expression construct. NRP1 a cell surface receptor involved in various cellular processes, including angiogenesis, neuronal development, and immune response modulation. HEK293T/NRP1 cells stably express NRP1, can be used for studying the role of Neuropilin-1 in different biological processes, such as cell signaling, viral entry, and angiogenesis.
