HL-60/GFP stable cell line

HL-60/GFP cells are derived from the human leukemia HL-60 cell line by stably integration of a constitutive GFP stably expression construct. HL-60 cells have been used in cancer research and drug development. HL-60/GFP cells stably express GFP, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
