KLN205/RFP-luciferase stable cell line

KLN205/RFP-Luciferase cells are derived from the murine lung squamous cell carcinoma cell line KLN205 by stably integration of a constitutive RFP-Firefly luciferase stably expression construct. KLN205 cell line is a well established model for cancer research, particularly for studying lung cancer mechanisms and potential therapies. KLN205/RFP-Luciferase cells stably stably express RFP and Firefly luciferase, can be used for in vitro assays and in vivo imaging.
