SK-OV-3/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SK-OV-3/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human ovarian cancer SK-OV-3 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct. SK-OV-3 cell line has been widely used in Investigating cancer biology, studying tumor microenvironment, and testing new drugs particularly for chemotherapeutics and targeted therapies. SK-OV-3-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
