EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the mouse mammary carcinoma cell line EMT6 by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. EMT6 cells are widely used as a model system in studies related to tumor biology, metastasis, and the development and evaluation of anticancer therapies. EMT6/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
