MOLT-4/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line
MOLT-4/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human MOLT-4 T lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. MOLT-4 cell line was generated from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, has been widely used in research to study leukemia biology, test new drugs, and explore mechanisms of drug resistance and cell signaling. MOLT-4/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
