K-562/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) stable cell line

K-562/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells are derived from the human K-562 lymphoblast cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP reporter construct. K-562 cell line was generated from chronic myelogenous leukemia, has been widely used in research to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying leukemia and to develop new treatment strategies. K-562/STAT5 Reporter (GFP) cells stably express GFP under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
