SW620/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) stable cell line

SW620/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells are derived from the human colon adenocarcinoma SW620 cell line by stably integration of a STAT5 GFP-firefly luciferase reporter construct.The SW620 cell line was derived from a lymph node metastasis of a primary colorectal adenocarcinoma. The SW620 cell line is known for its ability to mimic aspects of human colorectal cancer, including metastasis and response to certain therapies, making it a valuable model in the study of cancer biology and drug development. SW620-1/STAT5 Reporter (GFP-Luc) cells stably express GFP and firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT5 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT5 signaling pathway.
