MCF7/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) stable cell line

MCF7/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells are derived from the human breast cancer cell line MCF7 by stably integration of a STAT3 firefly luciferase reporter construct. MCF7 cells are estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), making them a valuable model for studying hormone-dependent breast cancers and testing estrogen-related therapies. MCF7/STAT3 Reporter (Luc) cells stably express firefly luciferase under the control of the STAT3 response elements, can be used for monitoring the activity of STAT3 signaling pathway.
